Visual timeline layout refinements and anchor-scroll fixes

Description

🎛️ Improvements

  1. Visual timeline extends to the viewport edge on wide screens, with compact time-unit columns and a capped events column so date labels do not stretch.
  2. When a timeline has only one event-line, the events column expands to use available width; multi-line timelines keep the bleed layout and overlap handling.
  3. Wide visual timelines scroll horizontally inside a dedicated container with a minimum events-column width.

🐞 Bug Fixing

  1. Deep links to events (#event_*) now scroll vertically only, keeping the date axis visible instead of shifting it off-screen.
